What to do when you get the notification that your account will expire.

It might happen that you see this announcement in the bottom-right of your ABOSS screen. Do not panic, because it is probably a very easy fix!

That fix must be found in payment. You can pay by credit card or via the invoices we send you. Check out what your payment details are and check the options below.

Note: all users get the notification. If you are not the person handling the account and / or payment, contact your manager.

Credit card

If you pay by credit card, there are two options:

Either your credit card is maxed out - make sure there is enough money on it. The system will try again.

Or if your credit card has expired. You can install a new credit card.

Once payment is complete, your account will be prolonged automatically.

Invoice

If you pay by invoice, do check to see if you have already received the invoice for the next payment.

I have not received an invoice for the upcoming payment.

Contact us via Support Chat, so we can send it again.

I have received the invoice.

If you already received the invoice, check if the payment transaction was completed. If it wasn't, please complete it.

If the transaction is complete, please contact us via Support Chat, so we can check the payment.

Once it's been paid, your account will be extended.

You can always install your credit card details for automatic payments.

What if your account does expire?

If your account does expire, you will only have View permissions for your account. This means that you can acces your data, but you won't be able to make changes, or add info and data.

Setup a (new) credit card, or contact us for the invoice. Once payment is done, your account will automatically be activated again and all the users will be able to continue in the account with their previously assigned permissions.
