If you don't want to a project to show in your Dashboard or Calendar for example, it might be easy to set your project to invisible. It will still be in your account and you will still be able to make it visible of course, but it won't show up when working from your environment.

Unlink a project

To unlink a project, go to Office:

and than to Team Management:

From there select the user you want to unlink.

Here you can change the permissions per project.

You can now easily change permissions, and unlink; just click on the link-icon.

You will notice the permissions are gone. The project will not show up in your in your environment anymore.

To add the project again, just lick on the + icon.
