When you've created a contract, it's still possible something in the event or deal changes. If you don't want your contract to change aswel. Locking your contracts will prevent them from changing! This article will show you how to lock and unlock contracts.

Lock your contract
While creating and probably even sending out your contract, you will find the status bar like below.
The lock-icon is on the top right. Simply click.
A pop-up will appear to check if you are sure.
If you are, please press the blue 'Lock contract'-button.
And your contract is locked. Changes made to the event, or location, or client, won't affect this contract. A warning will be added in the status bar;
Unlock your contract
To unlock your contract, simple click on the Lock-icon again.
You'll be shown a pop-up that checks if you are sure;
Click on the blue 'Unlock contract'-button.
