To update the templates of your External Advancing Requests, follow the next steps.

1. Open a new request
Click on the alarm bell in the top bar.

Click on the "+" icon to create a new External Request.

2. Template selection
Scroll a bit down to Template selection.

Select the template you want to use. All the field added in this template, will be shown.

3. Add or delete fields

Add field by hovering between the current field and press the blue plus-sign.

Delete by clicking on the bin-icon, on the right.

4. Update current template

If you've made changes, this orange button will appear. Click on it.

For safety; a pop-up will appear. Click on the blue Update-button and your template is now updated.
