Your All Projects-list in the top right of your ABOSS environment gives you the option to either switch between different Projects or view All projects. As this list can get long, it might be useful to remove some of the Project's that are not actively working with.

This article will show you the options in both ABOSS Agency and Artist to do so.

ABOSS Agency

The remove a project for your All projects-list, you simple unlink the Project. The Project will remain within your environment, and you can put it back whenever you want.

For removing it from the list, follow the steps below.

You do need permissions for Office. If you don't have them, contact your manager.

  • To unlink a project, go to Office:

  • and than to Team Management:

  • From there select the user you want to unlink. Here you can change the permissions per project.

  • You can now easily change permissions, and unlink; just click on the link-icon.

ABOSS Artist

Artist Free - you are invited as Artist/ Crew by the Agency.

In this case only the Agency can remove you from their environment. Removing you as Artist/ Crew will cause the Project to be removed from your list. Be aware; you will have no access to the Project anymore.

Contact the Agency for these steps.

Artist PRO - you are a user of an Artist PRO account.

To remove a project from your All projects-list, you need to delete yourself as a user. Yet, for safety reasons it's not possible to do this yourself.

If you are not working with the project anymore and want it to be removed, contact the Project's owner. This will result in your not having any access to the project anymore.

The Project's owner can remove you by following the steps in this article.
