Keep track of the Guestlist of an event in the Guestlist tab. Enter the name, email address, company and number of guests to the list.

Note: if you have an Artist Free account, you can only view the guestlist, you cannot enter or change names, etc.

Guestlist

Go to your Guestlist inside the event.

From there you can add the names, e-mail adreses, a company, the number of tickets and notes.

E-mail adreses can be used for you own administration, the same goes for the company. In notes you can add anything you want, like, backstage passes wanted, or parking needed, etc.

Do you forget to click on the green Add-button, or press 'enter' on your keyboard (when not in Notes). A new line will appear to add an extra name. Leave it blank if there are no more.

Internal note(s)

The notes you add here, will not appear when you download or sent the Guestlist.

Click on the Download PDF-button to download a PDF of your Guestlist. You can e-mail from it own account, or save it on your computer, for example.

Mail Gueslist

Click on the Mail guestlist-button to e-mail your Guestlist to whomever. You can use the contacts from your system by start typing and an autofill wil appear. You can use an address that is not in your contact list.

When you mail the Guestlist you can enter your comments manually or you can set up a mail template for sending the Guestlist.

The PDF will be send as an attachement.

When you've send the mail, the paper plane will turn green and the checkbox will be marked as send.

You can also use the checkbox manually, the paper plane will remain grey.

Dashboard

From your dashboard you can keep track of the status of your send Guestlist.

Check the column that says 'Guestlist send' to show.

App and browser

From the app you will also be able to view the Guestlist for when you are on location.

It's not possible to edit or add from the app, you can do that from the webbrowser of course - if you have the permissions 'manage' or 'administrate' for calendar.
