Sometimes you need other team members to approve the invoice before paying. You can ask them to approve the invoice by clicking the + icon in the ‘Who will approve this invoice?’ box. Select the team members that need to approve the invoice and set the invoice to Ready to Approve by checking the corresponding box.
All team members who’ve been asked to approve the invoice will receive a to do item from where they can see the invoice, approve and comment. When a team member approves the invoice their corresponding profile picture will turn green.
