1. When invoices can be sent via Peppol

Invoices can be sent via Peppol when:

  • Your account is prepared for e-invoicing.

  • Your account is connected to Billit and verification is completed.

If these conditions are not met, invoices cannot be delivered through the Peppol network.

2. Sending an invoice via Peppol

When an invoice is ready, click the Send invoice to Peppol button.

This action sends the invoice from ABOSS to Billit.
Billit then delivers the invoice through the Peppol network.

Sending via Peppol is a manual action and must be triggered per invoice.

You can still send the invoice as a PDF by email via ABOSS if needed.

3. What sending via Peppol means

If the recipient is connected to the Peppol network, the invoice is delivered directly into their system.
If delivery via Peppol is not possible, the invoice is delivered via an alternative channel.
