ABOSS delivers a powerful suite of back office solutions that supports artists to truly own their art. Take back control of your calendar, build your deals, send your invoices and connect your team all from a single software platform!

In this article you will learn how to navigate through all the modules that are available for you as an ABOSS Artist user.

Login for the first time
When you log in for the first time you will be greeted with our onboarding tool. This tool will help you get started using ABOSS and lets you complete your user profile. When you open a module or feature for the first time you will get an overview of what the module is all about.

Once the onboarding is complete you will be directed to the main dashboard overview. Here you will find all your upcoming events and appointments, invoices that are overdue and get an overview of the status of all your invoices from the last 12 months.

All Projects or a specific artist
You can navigate to a certain artist's environment through our Project selector located in the top left.
When you switch to a project the menu located on the left will display all available modules for that given project.

Modules
All functionalities in ABOSS have been separated into different modules. Each module that you have access to is accessible through the navigation bar located on the left side of your screen.

Example; Want to see only the invoices you sent for a specific artist? Select the artist and navigate to the invoices module

Notifications and updates
Located on the right in the topbar you'll find the notification bell next to your name. The notification bell will inform you of currently active To-Dos and External Requests. Clicking on the notification bell will open up the sidebar and display all currently active items.

The blue/red circle indicates the amount of available items in the sidebar, this is the total of all open To-Dos, Booking Requests en External Requests. When you have new unread items available, the system will indicate this by turning the notification counter red.
