Sharing is only available for ABOSS Artist PRO accounts
When the connection is set up between your Artist account and another Agency account, new settings are available under 'Sharing'.
To access the Sharing settings go to Settings.
Click on Sharing and the permission set ups for each connected Agency will appear.
Permission levels
The following permission levels are available:
None, This item is not being shared (default).
Anonymous view, The event is shared but the information is hidden in the event.
View, The event and information is being shared, but can only be viewed.
Manage, The event and information is being shared and the information can be edited, but can't be deleted.
Administrate, The event and information is being shared and the information can be edited and deleted.
Sharing between Artist & Agency
You can set permissions for the following items:
Events, This will share event and travel information like location, times, advancing details.
Deal, This will share the deal page.
Block, This will share the blocks.
Files, This will share the event and project files with the other party.
Important note: Not all items have settings for all permissions. The deal for example is not deletable by another party but can be managed at the most. The same goes for blocks.Also please note that Notes are exclusive to your ABOSS Artist account and cannot be shared with the agency.
Permissions are set, what now?
Shared events and travel items will be visible in the Calendar and overview. Please note that the other party needs to set the permissions from their side first in order to actually start sharing data.
You will recognise a shared item by the 'Sharing' icon viewed on the right. To show the details, click the item. Note that details will be shown based on the set permissions.
Sharing individual events and travel items
You also have the option to share on event basis or change the sharing setting per event or travel item.
