If you want an overview of the status of your contracts, you can select the 'contract' column in your Dashboard.

Column

The contract column will display if and how many contracts are currently linked to the event. You can view the status of each individual contract and update their status directly from the dashboard.

Each individual contract is represented by a single square block. 3 blocks in a single cell means there are 3 contracts linked to that event.

Colors

Each contract in the dashboard will be displayed in the color linked to it's current status.

Legend

There are 5 color options that translate to the following status:

  • Grey: No status

  • Blue: Ready

  • Orange: Sent

  • Red: Retour

  • Green: Confirm

The displayed color is based on the highest status, in the following order: Confirmed, Red, Orange, Blue, Grey.

When there's no contract available

When the event contains no contract it will display a lighter gray icon. You can update the status of the event contract if there's no contract created to keep track of external contracts. Click on the contract block to update the status of the external contract.

Update contract status

You can update the status of each contract directly from the dashboard. Hover your mouse over each individual contract block to display their contract number and click on the contract you'd like to update.

This will display the contract pop-up; here you can find basic information such as the Contract number, date and selected template. You can also preview the contract PDF by clicking on the 'Preview PDF' icon located on the right.

At the bottom of the pop-up you can update the current status of the contract. Save your changes by clicking on the 'Update contract status' button at the bottom.
