How to Share Information Between ABOSS Accounts
Sharing data between different ABOSS accounts is streamlined to ensure efficiency. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you share your calendars effectively.

Step 1: Gather Required Information
Before sending an email to request sharing, collect all the necessary information to ensure the sharing process can commence immediately:
If Sharing from an Agency Account:
Agency Name
Agency ID: (Located in the URL after .net/)
Artist/Project Name
Artist/Project ID: (Found in Office > Project Management > the ID is located before the project name in the list)
Note: If the project is not yet in your Project Management, include the project name and we will add it during the merging process.
If Sharing from an Artist PRO Account:
Artist PRO Name
Artist PRO ID: (Found in the URL after .projects/)
Step 2: Send the Request Email
Once you have all the information ready:
Email the owner of the other ABOSS account with whom you wish to share calendars. Include all the collected information in your email.
CC: support@a-boss.net to facilitate the sharing process.
Other party: The other party must also agree to share their calendar. They need to collect and send the same information as you have provided to ensure both parties are fully informed and agree to the sharing terms.
Step 3: Confirmation and Connection
We will verify the details and obtain approval from both parties through the email you sent.
Once approved, we will connect the calendars and notify you when the process is complete.
Step 4: Set Permissions
Initially, all permissions will be set to 'None', meaning no data is shared.
You can begin sharing data by changing the permissions from 'None' to your desired settings.
