When you work from the Dashboard, it may occur that some shows are missing. Check these steps to find them again. Most of the times, the issue is in your settings. This article goes through all the settings to see where the issue is.

If these steps don’t work, please contact us via Support Chat.

Let's go trough them and see where they went wrong!

1. Permissions are not set

Go to Office and to Project Management.

Find the new project and open it.

Go to "users".

From here you can give yourself and your team the permissions they need.

2. Shared events are not shared

If you are searching for events that are shared by another Agency / Artist PRO, do check if the other party has it's sharing settings set correctly (for Agency and for Artist PRO) - and is actually sharing data with you or not.

3. Dashboard settings are off

a. All projects

In the top left of ABOSS you find ALL PROJECTS. If it's on All projects, the system shows all projects you have permissions for. If it's set to one project, like below;

this means that only the shows of project ‘Work in progress’ are being shown. If you want all projects, or another artist, click the arrow to select.

If you don't see the project you are looking for at all, please ask your team member for this. There might be something off with your permissions.

b. Dashboard settings

Below you find an image of all the dashboard settings. From left to right, we will go through them.

Dates are incorrect

Make sure you select the correct dates.

Status is clicked off

It might happen that you sometimes don't want to show travel items, or maybe you do. Make sure when missing an Event, that all the statuses are clicked on.

Shared Events-buttons is off

If you are looking for Events that are shared from another Agency/ Artist, make sure your shared Events-button is ON. This way, it'll show all your Events, also the ones from other Agencies.

Search filter is not set correctly

Check if you have search filters on (or off) that are blocking you from finding the right Events.

Select project does mark all projects

When working from All projects (see earlier), you can also select a few projects.

But it might also happen that the project(s) you are looking for, are not selected. Do check if this is the case.

Not the correct columns

If you wish to see - for example - Ticket Sales, or WHT, make sure the right columns are selected.
