Change the credit card for payments to ABOSS

Payment for your ABOSS Agency account can actioned by an invoice we send you, or via credit card.

If you select for the last option, the subscription will be automatic.

Add credit card details

Go to office:

And click on "Manage billing details".

From here you can add the information.

Billing Address

It will say: "No billing address known."

Click on 'Update your billing...' to set your billing address.

Payment method

It will say: "You haven't added a payment method yet."

Click on 'Setup your payment...' to set your credit card details.

Payment will be automatic from now on.

All payments are processed by Stripe.

Note: the User installing this, will be come the billing administrator! The billing administrator is the only person who can change the credit card information.

After setting this up, you can download the invoices from this page.

Change credit card details

If you have a credit card linked to your ABOSS Agency account for the payments to ABOSS, you can change this in the office section.

Be aware: only the billing administrator can do this! The billing administrator is the person who initially installed the credit card on the account. If you are not the billing administrator, you cannot change the details.

If you would like to change the billing administrator, please let us know in the Support Chat.

To change your credit card details, go to office:

And click on "Manage billing details".

From here you can change the information.

Subscription - click on 'Setup auto-renewal'

Change your subscription from yearly to monthly or the other way around.

Billing address - click on 'Update'

Change your billing address.

Payment method - click on 'Update'

Change your credit card details.

All your payments and invoices to ABOSS will use this information from now on.

Old invoices, will still have the old information.
