Add a contact to your itinerary by clicking on the chain icon. A pop up screen will appear so you can choose a contact from your contact list by typing the name in the search bar.
If the name doesn’t exists you can add the contact and add it your itinerary. The new contact is automatically added to your contact database, linked to this event.

The contacts under “basic” will appear on your itinerary. The contacts linked under “advanced” will not appear on your itinerary but will be added to your contact database.
