When you are unable to login to ABOSS a couple of things could be the case. This article will show you some steps you can follow to regain access to your ABOSS account.
Agency or Artist user?
ABOSS Agency and ABOSS Artist both have a different login page. Please make sure you are trying to login to the correct environment.
Invalid email address or password
When you entered your email and password and are unable to login, the system will inform you that your email address or password is invalid.
- Check your email address for typos. Make sure there are no spaces before or after your email address.
- Are you sure that your email address is correct, then your password is probably invalid. Check if your CAPS lock key is disabled. If you are unsure what the correct password is, you can create a new password by clicking the 'Forgot your password?' option.
Enter the email address that is known to the system and click 'Send me reset password instructions'.
You will receive an email with the link to create a new password.
Note: The new password must contain at least 8 characters.
Other reasons you might be able to login
- Your user account or permissions might be changed by your admin user. Check with your admin user or Agency if there are any changes made to your account. If they are unable to locate the issue, you can always contact support with the chat Icon in the lower right corner of this article.
