Agency - Retrieving Deleted Items in ABOSS

Recover deleted events, invoices, contracts, or locations with ease.

Accidentally deleting an event, invoice, contract, or location can happen to anyone. Fortunately, ABOSS allows you to undo these actions and retrieve the deleted items.

Note: The History section is only available to users with administrative permissions for the Office section. If you don’t have these permissions, please contact your administrative user to retrieve the item.

How to Retrieve Deleted Items

  1. Click on the Office icon.

  2. Navigate to the History menu, and click on Deleted Items to view the list of recently deleted items.

  3. Deleted items are organized into the following categories:

    1. Events

    2. Invoices

    3. Contracts

    4. Locations

  4. Select the appropriate tab to view deleted items in each category. You’ll be able to see important details such as the project name, dates, event title, deletion time, and the user who deleted the item.

  5. To restore an item, click the Undo button next to the entry. The item will be returned to your ABOSS environment.

Important: Deleted items without a contract or invoice number may be more difficult to identify. Proceed with caution when restoring these items.
