In many cases it might be useful to know how many tickets you've sold for a certain event. And even how many ticket have been sold in pre-sale, or with discount, etc.

You can add all this information to your Event. Go to the tab 'Ticket Sales' to add and make changes.

Ticket Sales

When you are here for the first time, you first need to add a ticket group. Enter a ticket group name and press 'enter'. You can also just press on the 'plus'-button, but adding a group name first will save you some time later.

This can be anything from pre-sale, to discount, to different types of tickets.

If you don't want to make a difference in tickets, just click on the "+".

Once you've created at least one ticket group, you can start entering the amounts. Make sure you always add the total amount per group; the system will calculate the difference from the previous time itself. That way you can always track the progress of your ticket sales.

By clicking on the blue amount, you can add a new ticket sale. If you press Enter or 'Save', the last amount will be saved on the date of today.

By clicking on any sales point, you can change the amount/date/ticket group name and prices.

Nett and gross price

You can easily add the nett and/or gross price from your sales. In the Ticket Statement above you will find Total Nett/Gross Revenue based on this information. Make sure to save correctly, by pressing enter!

From you Ticket Statement you can also download all the added info to Excel.

Sold Out

When your Event is Sold Out, you need to mark this field.

If installed correctly, you will also find 'Sold Out' on your website - but only if you checked the box.

View en Edit Ticket Sales in Dashboard

You can find the total of your all ticket sales per date also in your Dashboard - by clicking on Ticket Sold in the section 'Select Columns'. If you marked your event als 'Sold Out', this will also be shown here.

From here it's also possible to update your Ticket Sales easily by clicking on the amount. You will get this pop-up:

That includes all your different Ticket Sales and you can easily update them.

If you can't click on an amount in the Dashboard, make sure you first create a ticket group inside the event. From there you can always update from Dashboard.

Deal

If you use Ticket Sales with Nett/Gross, you will see the changes in the deal-section in your artist statement.
