Digital Signature Permissions
We've added a new permission setting for Digital Signature requests. Here's how you can adjust these permissions:
Adjusting Digital Signature Permissions:
Navigate to 'Office': Go to the menu at the bottom left corner of your screen and click 'Office'.
Select 'Team Management': Click on 'Team Management' from the options.
Choose a User: Click on the name of the user to whom you want to assign permissions.
Find 'Project Permissions': Under 'Project Permissions', select 'Agency Permissions' where you can adjust digital signature permissions.
Permission Levels Explained
By default, the Digital Signature permission is set to 'None', restricting user access. Here are your options for customizing user permissions:
None: No access to Digital Signature requests. The user can only view contracts if they have separate permissions.
View: The user can view Digital Signature requests but cannot request a digital signature. They can also view contracts if they have separate permissions.
Manage: The user can view and send Digital Signature requests but cannot cancel them. They can create and send new requests.
Administrate: Full control over Digital Signature requests. The user can view, send, and cancel digital signature requests.
