The Artist Details section in ABOSS Artist PRO allows you to organize the artists and crew members you regularly work with. Here, you can link artists and crew, assign their functions, and set default wages, making it easier to manage their involvement in projects.

1. Accessing Artist Details
To set up your Artist Details:
Click on All Projects in the top left corner of your screen and select the correct project.
Navigate to Settings.
Then to Artist Details.
This section allows you to manage your artists and crew efficiently.
2. Adding Artists and Crew
From the Artist Details section, you can add your artists and crew:
Click on + Link Artist or + Link Crew to add them from your Contact database.
You can only select artists and crew if they already exist in your contact database.
Keep in mind that a contact can only be categorized as either Artist or Crew, not both.
3. Setting Functions and Default Wage
For each artist or crew member, you can:
Assign their function within your team.
Set their default wage, which will be automatically applied when creating events or projects.
4. Managing and Removing Artists/Crew
If you need to remove an artist or crew member from the Artist Details section:
Click on the X icon next to their name. This action will only remove them from the Artist Details section, not from your Contact database.
Once you've entered all the necessary information, you can use it for tasks like checking availability or sending itineraries to your artists and crew.

You can easily send the itinerary to all the artists and crew or check their availability directly from the Artist Details section.
