1. Updating Information

You can update each field in the advancing module by adding, editing, or removing information. Changes are saved automatically and will be used for the itinerary, making them visible to the artist and crew in the ABOSS app.

To locate your Advancing Page, open the event and click on the Advancing tab.

2. Types of Content in the Advancing Page

The advancing page is divided into several sections:

  • Event Information: Includes website information and ticket link details.

  • Time Schedule: Provides the artist’s schedule, including get-in time, soundcheck, showtime, and more. You can add information as needed, and the system will arrange items in chronological order automatically. Note that a day starts at 6:00 AM and ends at 5:59 AM.

  • Contacts: Lists linked contacts. Click the chain icon to link people from your contact database.

  • Basic Information: Contains location details like navigation addresses and parking information.

  • Advanced Information: Covers technical details such as stage information, venue capacity, lineup, and special effects.

3. Updating the Status

You can update the status of each field directly from the advancing page:

  1. Hover over the circle icon in the top right corner of the field.

  2. Four options will appear: gray (off), red, orange, and green.

  3. Select the desired status for the specific field.

4. The Itinerary

All information entered in the advancing module is displayed on your itinerary and available through the ABOSS app. For more on how to view and share the itinerary, check out this article.

5. External Requests for Advancing

You can streamline the advancing process by sending an external advancing request to the promoter, allowing them to fill out all event information. Once submitted, you can add it directly into ABOSS. After agent approval, the information will be included in the booking.

By following these steps, you can ensure your advancing process is smooth, organized, and accessible to all necessary parties.
