After creating an invoice, you can send it via e-mail to the invoice contact person linked. To send your invoice from ABOSS click on the mail button.

A pop up screen will appear where you can set up your mail. There a few things you can do here;

  • TO: the person linked as Invoice Contact is automatically added here. You can add more people if needed, from your contact list or by adding a mail address.

  • CC: add a contact person to send the mail in CC, from your contact list or by adding a mail address.

  • BCC: add a contact person to send the mail in BCC, from your contact list or by adding a mail address.

  • Subject: add a subject to your e-mail. This can be automated in mail templates.

  • E-mail: use (and tweak) a standard mail from mail templates, or create a message here.

  • Attachment: your invoice is already added as PDF. To add more attachments click on the '+' button at the bottom right. Now you can search and select files from your own database that you want to add to the mail. Attach the items to the email by clicking on 'attach to email'.

When happy with your mail, click the blue 'Send mail'-button to send the e-mail. Click on 'Cancel' if you don't want to send the e-mail.
