When the connection is set up between 2 accounts, new settings are available under a newly created tab called 'Sharing' in the Project management settings for that project.

To access the Sharing settings go to Office.

Click on Project Management and select the project from the list.

Click on the Sharing Tab.

The Sharing permission settings will now be accessible for each Artist & Agency you are connected with.

Permission levels

The following permission levels are available:

  • None, This item is not being shared (default).

  • Anonymous view, The event is shared but the information is hidden in the event.

  • View, The event and information is being shared, but can only be viewed.

  • Manage, The event and information is being shared and the information can be edited, but can't be deleted.

  • Administrate, The event and information is being shared and the information can be edited and deleted.

Sharing between Agency & Agency

You can set permissions for the following items:

  • Deal, This will share the deal page.

  • Contract, This will make the contract viewable for the other party.

Important note: Not all items have settings for all permissions. The deal for example is only sharable with viewing rights and cannot be changed by another party. The same goes for contracts.

  • Give yourself and your team permissions for the project.

Shared events and travel items will be visible in the Calendar. Please note that the other party needs to set the permissions from their side first, in orde to actively share data.
You will recognize a shared item by the 'Sharing' icon viewed on the right. To show the details, click the item. Note that details will be shown based on the set permissions.

Sharing individual events or travel items

You also have the option to share on event basis or change the sharing setting per event or travel item.
