Setting and Updating Sharing Permissions for Events
Sharing permissions allow you to control who can access and make changes to your events. In this article, we will show you how to set and update sharing permissions for individual events.
Step-by-step guide:
To begin, navigate to the event or travel item you wish to set permissions for.
In the top right corner, you will see a Sharing icon. Click on this icon to access the Sharing icon.
To change the permissions, simply click on the desired option. Please note that selecting a new permission will override the current Project Sharing Default settings for this event.
If your account is connected to multiple accounts, you can easily switch between them by clicking on the blue account name in the Sharing modal. This will give you an overview of all connected accounts, and you can simply click on another account to switch.
