1. Set Default Currency for Your Agency
Go to Office.
Click Agency Information in the left menu.
Scroll down to the Standard Info.
Choose the appropriate currency under Currency.
This setting applies to all newly created projects, events, and invoices—unless a different currency is selected at a more specific level.
2. Set Default Currency for a Project
Go to Office.
Click on the Project Title.
Open the Preferences tab.
Select the preferred currency under Currency.
This setting will apply to all events and invoices created within this project unless changed at the event or invoice level.
3. Adjust the Currency for an Event
The selected currency will be used for any contracts and invoices created from this event.
4. Adjust the Currency on an Invoice
You can also set the currency manually within an individual invoice:
Open the invoice.
Scroll down to the Currency field.
Choose the appropriate currency from the dropdown.
This allows for exceptions on a per-invoice basis, even if the agency, project, or event has a different default.
