Managing Your ABOSS Settings in the Office Module

The Office module is where you can access and manage all ABOSS settings, including project details, team member settings, agency information, and more.

1. Project Management

In Project Management, you can view and manage all your projects.

  • To add a new project, type the artist's name at the end of the project list and click the 'Add' button.

  • The Project Management overview shows project names, the number of upcoming shows, Artist Paid account status, and the team members connected to each project.

To view or edit a project, click on its name or the pencil icon. In the project settings, you can:

Important: After adding a new project, connect it to the appropriate users in Team Management so they can access and manage the project.

2. Team Management

Team Management displays a list of invited agency users, along with their usernames, roles, and connected projects.

  • Set user permissions by clicking on a username or the pencil icon.

  • To invite new team members, click the 'Add New User' button in the upper right corner.

3. Agency Information

The Agency Information settings allow you to enter agency details and upload your agency logo, which will appear on outgoing emails, invoices, and contract templates.

In Integrations settings, you can connect public events for all artists to your agency’s Facebook page and configure region protection for each artist.

4. Manage Billing Details

It's essential to understand how to manage your subscription and make necessary changes, such as upgrading, downgrading, or altering billing details. Only the billing administrator can access these settings. If you're unsure who the billing administrator is, check your Team Management list.

5. Database Entries

In Database Entries, you can update and manage database entries to streamline your workflow.

6. Contact Functions

Manage and organize contact functions in ABOSS to ensure accurate contact assignments and efficient communication.

7. Event Labels

Use event labels to categorize events in ABOSS, enabling easier tracking and organization.

8. Event Types

Set up event types to categorize and differentiate various types of events in ABOSS.

9. Files

Upload agency files to use as attachments for outgoing emails, such as general terms when sending contracts.

10. Invoice Numbering

Set up invoice numbering to ensure each invoice receives a unique identifier, according to your agency’s needs.

11. Contract Numbering

Set up contract numbering to assign unique identifiers to each contract, ensuring easy tracking and organization.

12. Debtor Numbering

Configure debtor numbering to manage client accounts systematically within ABOSS.

13. Invoice Templates

Manage and customize invoice templates using the editor, allowing you to style invoices to match your agency’s brand.

14. Contract Templates

Create and manage contract templates with the editor, allowing you to style contracts according to your brand.

15. Mail Templates

Set up mail templates with default body texts for sending invoices, contracts, itineraries, and guest lists.

16. External Booking Form

The External Booking Form allows you to send a link to promoters for booking requests. You can also embed the form on your website to receive requests directly from visitors.
