Managing Contract Status in ABOSS Dashboard

If you want to track the status of your contracts, you can use the Contract column in your ABOSS Dashboard. This feature allows you to view and update contract statuses directly from the dashboard, ensuring you stay on top of important agreements.

Table of Contents

  1. Understanding the Contract Column

  2. Contract Status Colors and Legend

  3. When No Contract Is Available

  4. How to Update Contract Status

1. Understanding the Contract Column

In the Dashboard, you can add the Contract column to monitor the status of contracts linked to your events.

  • The Contract column shows if and how many contracts are associated with each event.

  • Each contract is represented by a single square block. If there are multiple contracts, you will see several blocks in a single cell (e.g., three blocks mean there are three contracts linked to the event).

  • You can view and update the status of individual contracts directly from the dashboard.

2. Contract Status Colors and Legend

The contracts in the dashboard are color-coded based on their current status. Here’s the legend of colors:

  • Grey: No status

  • Blue: Ready

  • Orange: Sent

  • Red: Returned

  • Green: Confirmed

The displayed color reflects the highest status linked to the event, based on this order: Confirmed (Green), Returned (Red), Sent (Orange), Ready (Blue), and No status (Grey).

3. When No Contract Is Available

If an event has no contract linked, it will show a lighter grey icon in the Contract column. You can still manually update the contract status if external contracts are in play.

  • Click on the grey icon to update the status of an external contract, even if no contract was created within ABOSS.

4. How to Update Contract Status

You can easily update contract statuses directly from the dashboard:

  1. Hover your mouse over the contract block to see the contract number.

  2. Click on the contract block you'd like to update.

  3. A pop-up will appear showing basic contract details, such as the contract number, date, and template.

  4. You can preview the contract PDF by clicking on the Preview PDF icon located on the right.

  5. At the bottom of the pop-up, you can update the contract's current status by selecting the new status.

  6. Save your changes by clicking on the Update contract status button at the bottom.

By following these steps, you can easily track and manage the status of your contracts in ABOSS, ensuring you’re always informed about where each contract stands. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out via Support Chat.
