Learn the basics about the ABOSS Agency dashboard. View & search events based on your preferences. Select columns and export your selection.

The dashboard is your starting point to view all your past and upcoming events and their relative information. 

Select your events based on several parameters such as date, status and search on specific information. Display your selection with your selected set of columns to display your events and it's information in a single overview.

Date filter
The date filter is shown in the upper left corner of ABOSS. Filter the events by a specific start and end date by customising the parameters. You can lock your date range by pressing the lock icon. The default date range will show events from today untill 3 years in the future.

If you want to keep the selected dates, you can use the lock button so they don't switch back to default when you

Status filter
Filter the events by their status, your selection will show only events that contains one of the selected statuses. You can use this for example to hide 'interest' shows or let the dashboard only display your confirmed shows. You can also choose to show blocks and travel items.

Search & Advanced Search
You can use the search option to search for specific events. For more detailed filter options you can use the advanced search option. Select specific columns that contain or do not contain information based on your search criteria.

Select columns in your dashboard overview
You can use the column selector to select the specific columns you'd like to show for your current selection. This presents you with the option to show specific financial information or show the contract and invoice status.

Like a specific selection of columns you made? Save your current selection as a Column template with it's own name to be able to switch between different views in seconds.

Export your selection
You can export the selection you've made to a PDF or Excel file. 

When you view the dashboard of a single project you can also export your selection as an Artist Statement. This will include different markup with your agency information to share directly with your artists.
