How to Update Your Profile Settings on ABOSS

Keep Your Profile Information Up to Date for Better Functionality

When using ABOSS, it's essential to keep your profile settings up to date. This guide will walk you through the steps to update your profile settings on ABOSS.

1. Access your Personal Profile

Log in to your ABOSS account, and click on your name in the top right corner of the screen. Select 'Profile Settings' from the dropdown menu.

2. Upload Profile Picture

To upload or change your profile picture, follow these steps:
In the Profile Settings, drag an image from your computer into the profile picture section, or click 'Change' to select an image from your device.

2. Update Personal Information

On the Profile Settings page, you can update personal details such as:

  • Company Name

  • Gender

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

Make sure your personal information is accurate and up to date.

3. Find Your Authentication Token

You’ll find your Authentication Token below your personal details in Profile Settings. This token is essential for using the ABOSS API and looks something like this: Rxcda12Kzxac9EDrztKzxachshGWqKKzxacOU5Jgz1Y97vlXCtOQEnoXBId.

4. Upload Your Signature

  • Navigate to the 'Signature' tab in the top bar of Profile Settings.

  • Select the file from your computer and click 'Upload Signature'.

  • Ensure that the file name doesn’t contain any special characters like apostrophes, commas, or dashes.

5. Update Your Password

  • Go to the 'Change Password' tab in the top bar.

  • Enter your new password twice and click 'Update Password'.

  • The password must contain at least a minimum of 8 characters, a lower case and an uppercase letter, a number and a special character: (!@\#$%^&*()_+-=[]{}|')

6. Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

Enhance your account security by setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This feature adds an extra layer of protection when logging into your ABOSS account.
