Using the Pre-Sign Option in ABOSS Contracts
Automatically Fill in Signee Information for Your Contracts

If you want to use the pre-sign option for your contracts, ABOSS offers several template tags to ensure the correct signee information is automatically added.

Note: there is no Contract module in Artist PRO, only in Agency.

1. Accessing the Pre-Sign Tags

To go inside the Contract Template module, go to Office:

And open the contract templates:

You'll find the template tags on the right side of your screen. The tags listed under Signee Info are specifically linked to the pre-sign button and allow you to automatically insert signee information into the contract.

2. How Pre-Sign Works

The signee information that gets added will always be the details of the user creating the contract. Please note that you cannot sign on behalf of another user—the signature will always belong to the creator of the contract.

3. Where to Find Template Tags

For a complete list of all available tags, navigate to the Contract Template section within ABOSS. Here, you can find and use the appropriate tags to customize your contracts as needed.

4. Important Note

Make sure to use the correct signee tags under Signee Info to ensure the pre-sign functionality works as intended.
