Add Halls to a location

Learn how to all (multiple) halls to a venue

Here you can add and administrate the different halls connected to a venue, such as a main hall or any other hall.

Navigating to the Correct Location

  1. First, navigate to the 'Locations' module in the left-hand menu.

  2. Then, click on the location for which you want to change details. You can use the Search option to search for any location.

  3. Click on 'Halls'.

  4. Name and Add a Hall:

    1. Simply enter the name of the hall you wish to add in the provided field and click the “add” button.

    2. You can add multiple halls to accommodate various events or functions within the same venue.

  5. Editing Hall Details:

    1. Add specifications and deal information to the hall.

    2. To update the street address of a specific hall, click on “edit location address” at the bottom of the hall details.

    3. This feature is particularly useful for venues with multiple entrances or distinct addresses for different halls.
