Tracking Changes in ABOSS with Event Activity

When managing multiple users and projects in ABOSS, things can move quickly. If you ever need to check who made changes to an event, the Event Activity feature allows you to dive into the event’s history.

Table of Contents

  1. Accessing Event Activity

  2. Viewing the Activity Log

  3. Note on Permissions

1. Accessing Event Activity

To check the activity history of an event, follow these steps:

  • Open the event by clicking on the title in the Calendar or Dashboard.

  • In the top right corner, you’ll see a row of icons. The grey Activity icon in the middle is what you need to open the event activity.

2. Viewing the Activity Log

Once you click the Activity icon, a list of all actions taken within the event will appear. This list shows:

  • Who made the update.

  • What change was made.

  • When the update occurred.

Click on any update to get more detailed information about the specific change.

3. Note on Permissions

Due to permission settings, updates related to Deals will not appear in the Event Activity log. If you need assistance with urgent matters, feel free to reach out via Support Chat, and we’ll be happy to help.

By using the Event Activity feature, you can easily track changes and stay informed about who did what within your projects. For any additional questions, our support team is always available.
