When using ABOSS, you can send out contracts (only for Agency) and Invoices. We use templates for this; when you create a contract or invoice, the template will know what info to use, like the Project name, Even title, dates and fee's.

According to your wishes, you can set up the templates exactly like you want it to be. Check our article database on templates for help, or find us on Support Chat for help.

We also have standard templates available. The following steps will show you how to active these templates.

For Agency-users

  1. Go to Office.

  2. Click on either 'Invoice templates' or 'Contract templates'.

  3. Add a the name of your template in the 'New template name...'-field and click the green Create Template button.

For Artist PRO-users

  1. If needed, select the right Project.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Click on Invoice Templates.

  4. Add a the name of your template in the 'New template name...'-field and click the green Create Template button.

Template is now created and saved

You be directed to the template and it's coding. This might be overwhelming, but don't be scared; you can use the templates now when for example creating an invoice (Agency & Artist).

You can also make changes now to the template, don't forget to save!
