When working in your ABOSS Agency environment, you have the option to add Team members and Artist/Crew. As these are two difference types of users, this article will tell you all about the usage and difference.

Team members can work from your agency, with access to your contact database and the ability to create events, contracts, invoices, and more with the appropriate permissions. You all work together from the same account. Usually team members, are co-workers, working for the same company (e.g. your Agency).

You can find Team Management when going to Office, and then select Team management. From here you can add team members and set their permissions.

On the other hand, Artist/Crew have view-only permissions and can't access your contact database or make any changes within your environment. They can view everything from the artist's side of ABOSS.

You can easily invite Artist/Crew and manage their permissions. If they need any help from there, this article tells you all you can do after you have been invited as Artist/Crew.
