1. Checking Your Subscription Settings
To view and modify your subscription settings:
Go to Office
In the ABOSS browser, click Settings to access account management options.Click Manage Billing Details
This will open a new tab in your browser where you can view and adjust your billing information.
Important: Only the billing administrator has access to these settings. This is usually the mail address that created the account. If you're unsure who the billing administrator is, contact our Support Chat.
2. What You Can Do in the Billing Environment
a. View Current Subscription
To view the details of your current subscription, click the View Details button.
You’ll be able to see your payment plan, subscription amount, applicable taxes, and expiration date.
b. Update Subscription
To switch between monthly and yearly plans, or to update your subscription, click the blue Update Plan button.
c. Cancel Subscription
To cancel your subscription, select the Cancel Subscription option. Your subscription will remain active until the upcoming renewal date. After cancellation, you'll retain access to view your data but will no longer be able to edit or add new data.
d. Change or Add Payment Method
To change or add a payment method, click the icon next to your current payment method. You can then select or add a new payment method and set it as default if needed.
e. Update Billing Information
To update your billing address or email, click Update Data.
Note: Changing the billing email here will update the billing contact, but it won’t affect other email addresses in your Artist PRO environment.
f. View Invoice History
To view your past invoices, click on the Invoice History section. You can see all payments made to ABOSS and click on the date to open the corresponding invoice.
