1. Accessing the Sharing Settings
Sharing is only available for Artist PRO (not Free) accounts. When a connection is established between your Artist account and an Agency account, new settings become available under the 'Sharing' tab.
To access these settings:
Navigate to Settings in your ABOSS Artist PRO account.
Click on Sharing, and the permission setup for each connected Agency will be displayed. From here, you can control what is shared and at what permission level for each agency.
2. Permission Levels
When configuring sharing settings, ABOSS provides several permission levels to control the type of access each party has. The available levels are:
None: The item is not shared (default setting).
Anonymous View: The event is shared, but its information remains hidden.
View: The event and its information are shared, but can only be viewed, not edited.
Manage: The event and its information are shared and can be edited, but not deleted.
Administrate: The event and its information are shared and can be edited or deleted.
These permission levels give you granular control over what different agencies or team members can do with the shared data.
3. Sharing Between Artist & Agency
As an Artist PRO user, you can share specific types of information with connected agencies. The items you can set permissions for include:
Events: Share key event and travel details such as location, times, and advancing information.
Deal: Share the deal page to keep the agency informed of critical contract terms.
Block: Share blocks for scheduling and coordination.
Files: Share important event and project files with the connected agency.
Important Note: Not all items support every permission level. For example, the deal page can be managed but not deleted by the other party. Additionally, blocks have similar restrictions. Also, keep in mind that Notes are exclusive to your ABOSS Artist account and cannot be shared with the agency.
4. What to Do After Setting Permissions
Once the permissions are set, shared events and travel items will become visible in your Calendar and Overview. However, it's essential to remember that the other party must also configure their permissions on their end to start sharing data actively.

You can easily recognize a shared item by the 'Sharing' icon on the right. To view more details about a shared item, simply click on it. The level of detail you can see will depend on the permissions you've been granted.
Note that in Overview, you need to switch the 'Shared events'-button on.
5. Sharing Individual Events and Travel Items
In addition to overall sharing settings, you also have the option to manage permissions on an event-by-event basis. This allows for more precise control over what specific events or travel items are shared.
For a detailed guide on how to manage these individual settings, check out the article: 'How to Share Individual Events or Travel Items with Connected Accounts' to learn more about setting permissions for specific items.
Important note: Not all items have settings for all permissions. The deal for example is not deletable by another party but can be managed at the most. The same goes for blocks. Also please note that Notes are exclusive to your ABOSS Artist account and cannot be shared with the agency.
