Linking Contacts with Holcar Passengers in ABOSS
Ensure Accurate Passenger Matching with the Holcar Integration

To ensure that passengers from the Holcar integration are correctly linked to their corresponding contacts or users in ABOSS, you can add the Holcar Passenger Name to the relevant contacts.

1. Adding Holcar Passenger Names to Contacts

Once the Holcar integration is set up, a new field will appear in each contact’s profile called Travel Name. You will need to fill in this field with the Holcar Passenger Name to ensure accurate linking.

For example, if the passenger name is generated as “POST/PIETER MR” (provided by Holcar), you would enter this as the Travel Name for the contact Pieter Post. This ensures that the integration matches the contact with the correct passenger for flights or hotels.

2. How the Holcar Integration Works

The Holcar integration uses the Travel Name to automatically link the contact with their flight or hotel booking. Holcar can send you the passenger names for each individual, which you can then enter into the Travel Name field for each contact.

3. Locating the Travel Name Field

To add the Travel Name, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Contacts module.

  • In the contact’s profile, locate the Travel Name field on the right side, just below the Notes section.

Once the travel name is added, the system will automatically link the contact to the appropriate passenger details in the Holcar integration.
