1. Adding a Travel Item to Your Calendar
To add a travel item to your Event:
Navigate to the Travel tab in your event.
Add a title and select the type of travel item (e.g., flight, hotel, pickup, boat, or train).
Click Add Travel Item to save it to the calendar and link it to the event.
The new travel item will open, allowing you to enter further details.
2. Using the Flight Integration
When adding a flight, you can use the Flight Integration feature:
Enter the flight number in the travel item.
Click the search icon to retrieve flight details automatically.
Note: The flight integration relies on an external service, so occasionally, certain flights may not be found or may be listed under a different flight number. In these cases, you can manually enter the flight details.
3. Info and Passenger Tabs
Most travel items contain two main tabs:
Info tab: Holds specific details about the travel item (e.g., hotel address or pickup location).
Guests/Passenger tab: Displays information about the people associated with the travel item.
Passenger details will also be visible on the itinerary and in the ABOSS App.
4. Uploading Files
You can upload files to any travel item, such as e-tickets or passport copies. Uploaded files are accessible in the ABOSS App, allowing easy access for all relevant team members.
