Invoices in ABOSS are organized by the current booking year to maintain a clear and efficient workflow. When a new year begins, invoices from the previous year are hidden by default in the Invoice module. However, you can easily access and view invoices from previous years by adjusting the filter settings.

1. Why Invoices from Previous Years Are Hidden
ABOSS is designed to display invoices relevant to the current booking year. This ensures your workspace remains clutter-free and focused on ongoing projects. When the new year starts, invoices from the previous year are hidden but can still be accessed with a simple adjustment.
2. Access the Invoice Module
Navigate to the Correct Section in ABOSS
To view invoices from previous years, follow these steps:
Select the project you want to view invoices for from the 'All Projects' menu, if needed.
Navigate to the Invoice Module from the menu on the left side of ABOSS.
3. Adjust the Date Range to View Previous Invoices
Customize the Filter to Access Hidden Invoices
Click the 'Filters' button in the Invoice Module.
Adjust the date range by clicking below the 'FROM' and 'TO' date field.
Set the year back to the previous year and optionally select the desired month.
Close the filter options to apply your custom date range.
Your invoices from the previous year will now be visible in the Invoice Module.
