1. What are Costs Templates?
Costs Templates let you save a selection of cost items, including all their details, so you can quickly apply them to new deals. You can create templates that are available across your entire agency (Agency-wide) or templates that are tied to a specific project.

2. How to Create a Costs Template
Start by setting up your cost items in a deal, then save them as a template for future use.
Go to an Event in ABOSS Agency.
Open the Deal for that event.
Scroll down to the Costs section.
Add all the cost items you want to include in your template, making sure all details are filled in correctly.
Once your selection is complete, find the "Save current selection as a template" option.
Choose the scope of your template:
All projects makes the template available agency-wide.
This project makes the template available only within the current project.
Enter a name for your template in the "Add a template name" field.
Click Save.
Your template is now saved and ready to use! β
3. How to Apply a Template to a Deal
Once you have a template saved, you can apply it to any new deal in just a few steps.
Go to an Event.
Open the Deal and navigate to the Costs section.
Click "Select cost item".
Scroll down and click on the template you want to use.
The cost items from the template will be automatically filled in. You'll see both Agency-wide templates and any project-specific templates that belong to the current project.
4. Managing Your Templates in Office
To get an overview of all your templates and make changes, head to the Office section. Go to Office > Costs Templates.
Viewing templates Filter by project to see project-specific templates, or switch to Agency-wide to see all templates available across your agency. You can also see how often each template has been used.
Editing a template Click the pencil icon next to a template to edit its name, scope, or cost items. Note: events that already use the template will not be updated automatically.
Deleting a template Click the trash icon to delete a template. Events that were using the deleted template will keep their cost items and nothing is removed from existing deals.
