Re-adding a user
1. Before you remove the user
Take care of the following before deleting the employee's account:
Check if they are the Billing Admin
Only one person can be the Billing Admin at a time. If the departing employee holds this role, transfer billing admin rights to another team member before removing them. If you don't, no one will be able to manage your subscription.

Check their Responsible Agent assignments
Removing a user does not automatically remove them as Responsible Agent on events. Their name will remain listed on those events â they simply won't have access anymore.
ICS calendar feed
If the employee had set up a personal ICS calendar feed to sync ABOSS with their external calendar (Google, iCal, Outlook), that feed will stop syncing once their account is removed. No action needed, but good to be aware of.

2. How to remove the user
Go to the Office section.
Click on Team Management.
Locate the user you want to remove.
Click the trash can icon behind their name.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up by clicking the red Delete user button.
You need Administrator permissions in the Office section to delete users.
3. What happens after removal
Once removed, the user immediately loses access to your ABOSS Agency environment. Their name will remain listed as Responsible Agent on any events they were assigned to, but they can no longer log in. All data they created â events, invoices, contracts, contacts â stays fully intact.
4. Re-adding a user
You can always re-invite the user at any time. They can log in with their previous password.
