1. Who is the billing administrator?
By default, the billing administrator is the person who created the ABOSS Agency account. In Team Management, this person is listed with the function Billing admin.

The billing administrator is listed in Office → Team Management with the function Billing admin.
4. Transfer billing administrator rights
Billing administrator rights can be transferred to any user in your agency:
Self-serve: The current billing administrator can reassign the role via the Stripe environment (accessible through Office → Manage Billing Details).
Via support: Send an email with your request and your agency ID to support@a-boss.net and we will change it in the system.
Note: Only one user can hold the billing administrator role at a time. Transferring the role removes it from the current billing administrator.
