How to Share Information Between ABOSS Accounts
Streamline Calendar Sharing for Agency and Artist Accounts

ABOSS makes sharing data between different accounts simple and efficient. Follow this step-by-step guide to seamlessly share your calendars between accounts.

Table of Contents

  1. Gather Required Information

  2. Send the Request Email

  3. Confirmation and Connection

  4. Set Permissions

1. Gather Required Information

Before initiating the sharing process, make sure you collect all the necessary information. This ensures a smooth and timely setup.

If Sharing from an Agency Account:

  • Agency Name

  • Agency ID: Located in the URL after ".net/"

  • Artist/Project Name

  • Artist/Project ID: Found under Office > Project Management. The ID is located before the project name in the list

Note: If the project is not yet listed in your Project Management, include the project name, and we will add it during the merging process.

If Sharing from an Artist PRO Account:

  • Artist PRO Name

  • Artist PRO ID: Found in the URL after ".projects/"

2. Send the Request Email

Once all required information is gathered:

  1. Email the owner of the ABOSS account with whom you wish to share calendars. Be sure to include all the collected information in the email.

  2. CC support@a-boss.net to assist with the sharing process.

  3. The other party must also agree to share their calendar. They need to gather and send their corresponding information to ensure both sides are fully informed and in agreement.

3. Confirmation and Connection

Once the email is sent, ABOSS will verify the information and confirm the agreement from both parties. Once approved, we will establish the connection between your calendars and notify you when the process is complete.

4. Set Permissions

After the connection is made, all permissions will initially be set to 'None', meaning no data will be shared at this stage.

To begin sharing, update the permissions from 'None' to the desired access level.

Learn More About Permissions

For detailed instructions on configuring sharing settings, refer to our help articles for both Agency - Sharing Settings and Artist PRO - Sharing Settings.

This process ensures that all necessary information is provided upfront, reducing delays and making it easy to set up calendar sharing between ABOSS accounts for both Agencies and Artists.
