This article explains you how to set permissions in the correct to share the correct information with the other and your team.
Sharing as an Agency
To start sharing data, set Sharing permissions for Agency. This will send your data to the other Agency, according to your settings.

Settings within ABOSS
If the other party also set their Sharing permissions, you will be able to view their events. This icon in Dashboard will tell you it's a shared event:
If the project is newly added to your Agency environment; set permissions for your team. This will give you and your team access to creating and editing shows for the specific project, as well as the ability to view the shared events.
