  3. Managing Sharing Settings in ABOSS

1. Sharing as an Agency

To begin sharing data as an agency:

  • Set the Sharing Permissions for the other agency.

  • This will allow your data to be shared according to the permissions you’ve set, enabling seamless collaboration with the other partie.

  • If the project is newly added to your Agency environment, make sure to set permissions for your team. This gives them the ability to view, create, and edit shows for the specific project, as well as see shared events.

  • If all is set, but shows won't appear in your Agency environment, check out this article for trouble shooting.

2. Sharing as an Artist PRO

If you are sharing data as an Artist PRO, follow the specific Artist PRO Sharing Settings to configure the right permissions and start sharing your data.

3. Managing Sharing Settings in ABOSS

Once the other party has set their sharing permissions, you will be able to view their events in ABOSS.

  • Shared events will be indicated by a specific icon in the Dashboard / Overview, making it easy to identify them.
