Managing Different Client Companies for Finance and Contract
In some cases, an event might have a different client company for finance than for the contract. This guide shows how to manage this, whether during a new booking or by editing an existing one.

1. New Booking
When creating a new booking, you can add a client by following these steps:
Start by creating a new booking.
You will be directed to the Booking Flow.
Follow the steps listed under the Booking Flow section below to proceed.
2. Existing Booking
To update client details in an existing booking:
Open the event and click on the Client tab.
Click the link icon to add or change the client details.
If no client is linked, click the link to add a client.
You will be directed to the Booking Flow, where you can update the contact information.
3. Booking Flow
In the Booking Flow screen, you will see the option to update individual contacts:
On the right of each contact, there is a Change button.
Click Change to update the client details for that specific contact.
