Search for the Existing Company:
Open the Company Details:
Click on the company's name in the search results to open its details page.
Navigate to the Contacts Tab:
Add a New Contact:
You will see a list of all current contacts linked to this company. To add a new person, click the ‘+’ icon located in the upper right corner of the list.
A popup will appear where you can enter all relevant information about the new contact.
After filling in the details, click 'Add Contact' to save the new contact to the company.
Linking an Existing Contact to a Company
If you already have a contact in your database who needs to be associated with a specific company, you can link them easily. Follow these steps to link an existing contact to a company:
Search for the Existing Contact:
Open the Contact Details:
Link the Contact to a Company:
Select the Company:
A popup will appear prompting you to search for the company name in your address book.
Enter the company's name and select it from the search results.
Click to confirm the link.
