Adding and Managing Team Members in Your Artist PRO Account

When working with your Artist PRO account, you might want to add users such as advancers, tour managers, and other team members to your project. This article will guide you through the process of adding users and setting their permissions.

Adding Users to Your Project

  1. Select the Right Project

    • Go to the "All Projects" menu.

    • Select the desired project.

  2. Access the Contact List

    • Navigate to your contact list.

    • Add a new contact or open an existing one by clicking on it's name.

Possible Contact Scenarios

  1. No Contact Exists

  2. Contact with No Email Address

    • You cannot add this contact as a user.

    • Add an email address to enable sending an invite.

  3. Contact with No Link to ABOSS

    • A paper plane icon will appear in the top right of the contact.

    • Click the paper plane to invite this new user to your project.

  4. Contact with Pending Invitation

    • A paper plane icon indicates that the invitation has already been sent.

  5. Contact Already Linked to ABOSS

    • A green chain icon appears in the top right of the contact.

    • The user is connected to ABOSS but not to your project.

    • Hover over the chain icon to see the "Link profile" text.

    • Click "Link profile" to proceed to the Set Permissions screen.

Managing Linked Profiles

  • Unlinking a Profile

    • You can unlink a profile if necessary.

  • Removing a Profile

    • You can remove a profile from your project.

Setting Permissions

  1. Set Permissions

    • After linking the profile, you will be shown a pop-up:

    • Adjust the permissions as needed.

    • Click 'Done' to finalize.

The contact is now a user of your project and can work according to the permissions you've set. For detailed information on setting permissions, check out this permissions guide.

Additional Information

  • If the user is logged in, they will find the project name under "All Projects".

  • For more information for new users, read this user guide.

Let's get started and streamline your project management with the right team members and permissions!
