Removing a Project from Your All Projects List in ABOSS Agency

Easily unlink inactive projects to streamline your All Projects list.

In ABOSS Agency, the All Projects list in the top right of your screen helps you manage multiple projects. However, when this list grows too long, it can be helpful to remove projects that are no longer active. Removing a project from your All Projects list is quick and easy—you can always add it back later if needed.

This guide will show you how to remove a project from your All Projects list in ABOSS Agency.

How to Remove a Project from Your All Projects List

To remove a project, you can unlink it from your list. This doesn’t delete the project; it will still remain in your environment and can be re-added at any time.

Note: You need Office permissions to unlink a project. If you don’t have these permissions, contact your manager.

Steps to Unlink a Project

  1. Go to Office in the menu on the left.

  2. Navigate to Team Management.

  3. Select the user you want to unlink from the project.

  4. In the permissions settings for that user, find the project and click the link icon to unlink it.

Once unlinked, the project will no longer appear in your All Projects list, but you can restore it whenever needed.
