How to Export Your Locations Database
In ABOSS, you can create an export of all locations in your system or a filtered selection based on specific criteria. This guide will walk you through searching, filtering, and exporting location data.

1. Searching and Filtering Locations
To begin, navigate to the Locations module.
If needed, you can first apply search filters to narrow down the locations you want to export. For example, filter by:
All locations with a capacity above 100.
All locations in Germany.
2. Exporting Location Data
Next to the search bar, click the three vertical dots (not the one in the circle).
Select Export selection… from the dropdown.
An Excel file named list.xlsx (or with numbers like list(1).xlsx) will begin downloading. You can open this file in Excel or Numbers.
