1. Events
To export all your events, follow these steps:
Go to Dashboard.
Ensure your view is set to All Projects (top left).
Select the date range, starting with the year before you had bookings (to capture all events), and end after your last planned booking.
Mark all the statuses to ensure no event is missed.
Ensure no search filters are active.
Turn on all projects in the project selector.
Select all columns.
Export your data using the Export icon in the upper right corner. Choose Excel to download.
Note: If the download does not start, your pop-ups might be blocked by your browser. Click here to learn how to enable pop-ups.
2. Contacts
Go to Contacts in the left menu.
You can export contacts to Excel or CSV. Ensure no filters are active.
Click the three dots next to the search bar to open options.
Select Export Current Selection.
Note: We have limited the number of contacts per file. If your selection is too large, multiple files will be generated. Download each file individually.
Click on each file number to download them to your computer.
3. Invoices
Ensure your view is set to All Projects (top left).
Go to the Invoice module in the left menu.
For exporting invoices, choose one of the following formats:
Excel: Generates a detailed XLS overview of invoices, including amounts.
CSV: Similar to XLS but in text format and ';' separated.
PDF: Exports all invoices as individual PDFs in a ZIP file.
Ensure the filters are set correctly:
Project selection: Set to All Projects.
Date range: Start before your first invoice, end after your last sent invoice.
Debit & Credit filters should be selected, and all statuses should be off (grey).
Click the Export button in the top right corner and select your format.
The file will be downloaded to your computer.
Note: If the export doesn’t work, your pop-ups might be blocked. Learn how to allow pop-ups.
4. Locations
Go to the Locations module in the left menu.
Ensure no filters are applied. Click the blue circle with three dots to open filters. Hover over the text field and click the bin icon to remove any filters.
Click the three dots next to the search bar.
Select Export selection.
The file will download as list.xlsx (or with a version number if multiple exports are done).
If clicking the Download button does not result in a download, your popups may be blocked by the browser. Click here to read how to allow the popups.
